Health Services
Peabody Students receive their primary health services from the Johns Hopkins Community Physicians at Wyman Park. The facility provides out-patient health care by appointment (410-338-3421). Be sure to inform the scheduler that you are a Peabody Student. Bring your student ID and insurance documentation with you to your appointment. There is no charge to full-time Peabody students for office visits. Referrals to other physicians do not fall under this category.
Hours
Mondays/Thursdays: 8:00am - 7:30pm
Tuesdays: 9:00am - 4:30pm
Wednesdays/Fridays: 8am - 4:30pm
There is always a medical consultant on call for after-hours emergencies 410-338-3421.

Counseling Services
Peabody subscribes to The Johns Hopkins University Counseling and Student Development Center on the Homewood Campus (410-516-8278). Garima Lamba, a counselor in the Counseling and Student Development Center is available by appointment in the Peabody Inn Conference Room Tuesday mornings 9am - 12pm. Health Insurance
Peabody students are required to have adequate health insurance. The University offers a comprehensive health insurance plan in collaboration with the Aetna Student Health. For more information about the plan and instructions on enrollment or alternative means of meeting this requirement check Peabody's insurance policy with Aetna Student Health.
