Health Services
Peabody Students receive their primary health services from the Johns Hopkins Community Physicians at Wyman Park. The facility provides comprehensive out-patient health care by appointment (410-338-3421). Be sure to inform the scheduler that you are a Peabody Student. Bring your student ID and insurance documentation with you to your appointment. There is no charge to full-time Peabody students for office visits.Hours
Mondays/Thursdays: 8:00 a.m. – 7:30p.m.
Tuesdays: 9:00 a.m. – 4:30p.m.
Wednesdays/Fridays: 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
There is always a medical consultant on call for after hours emergencies 410-338-3421.
Counseling Services
Peabody subscribes to The Johns Hopkins University Counseling and Student Development Center on the Homewood Campus (410-516-8278). Doug Fogel, a counselor in the Counseling and Student Development Center is available by appointment in the Peabody Inn Conference Room on Tuesday mornings 9:00 a.m. – 12 p.m. Peabody students may also make use of this service by visiting the Homewood Campus. Peabody students are required to have adequate health insurance. The University offers a comprehensive health insurance plan in collaboration with the Chickering Group.
