Peabody HelpDesk & Network Services

The Peabody Helpdesk is located in the Peabody IT Office, second floor of the cottage, above the Residence Life Office. We support Active Directory account maintenence, campus hardware problems and network access problems. The Helpdesk does not support home computer software/hardware setup or questions.

Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
Saturday – Sunday Closed

After regular office hours please call or text 443-291-7406 for Emergencies ONLY.

You can also use the link below to have the system automatically connect you to the On Call System.

  • If the technician does not answer please leave a voicemail and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Network Services provided by Peabody IT

  • Manage campus Active Directory network.
  • Manage the wide area network connection to the Johns Hopkins University network.
  • Install, connect and test network communications equipment.
  • Troubleshoot data communication problems.
  • Provide computer hardware maintenance support to Faculty and Staff.
  • Provide ethernet connections to students in the residence halls.
  • Provide acquisition and installation of new hardware and software for departments on campus.
