We rehearse and perform art songs and folk songs, of many cultures, languages, historical periods, and styles. Sometimes we also commission new works that are premiered by the chorus.

Students are expected to memorize all music for performance; we do not use scores at concert rehearsals or concerts.

Training Choir and Chorister parents: please practice texts of songs at home with your child to assist him or her with memorizing words.

Chorale parents: please encourage your singer to practice his or her music at least four times a week outside of rehearsal. Students are sometimes provided with a CD or internet file that they must use to study at home.
