All students must attend Concert Rehearsals in order to perform in Concerts.  If your child is unable to attend his or her Concert Rehearsal or Concert, please consider switching to the Concert Rehearsal and Concert at the other campus.  Use the form below to make this request.

PLEASE SUBMIT AT LEAST FOUR WEEKS BEFORE CONCERT.

My child ____________________________ is unable to participate in his/her scheduled Concert Rehearsal and/or Concert.  Therefore, I would like to request that my child be permitted to switch to:

__Towson campus concert on December 2nd, 2007 (rehearsal is on December 1st)
__Howard County campus concert on December 9th, 2007 (rehearsal is on December 8th)
__Towson campus concert on May 4th, 2008 (rehearsal is on May 3rd)
__Howard County campus concert on May 11th, 2008 (rehearsal is on May 10th)
