We have secured lodging in one of the Johns
Hopkins University suite styled dorms
for a more economical and convenient way of attending the conference at
$50 per person/night which includes an all-you-can-eat breakfast for
dorm residents. The dorms are attractively furnished and
offer suite arrangements with adjoining baths as well as room
telephones, dial-up internet access, bed and bath linens, and a 24-hour
service desk. The dorms also feature other amenities such as snack and beverage machines, mailroom services, game room exercise room on 2nd floor, ATM machine in the lobby of Wolman Hall, and many of great features. There
will be lunches provided Friday and Saturday at a cost of $10 per day,
you can choose this option while doing your online registration.
Students: special student dorm rate of $31.00/double room is being offered.
** For those who desire more upscale
accommodations, we have negotiated very reasonable rates with two
hotels in Baltimore’s cultural district.

** SInce breakfast is at 7:30 in the Glass Pavilion on Saturday morning,
those coming from the Tremont and Mt Vernon hotels may want to take the
7 am shuttle or share cabs.
Super Shuttle:
BETWEEN THE AIRPORT AND TOWN
By Bus: BWI Super Shuttle (tel. 410-724-0009) provides van service
between the airport and downtown hotels, every half hour, 6 AM-11 PM.
Travel time is about 30 minutes; the fare, $10. Hotel vans, which are
operated independently of the hotels, take 30 minutes on average. Some
hotels may provide complimentary limousine service.
