Welcome--

To Section One of Music Bibliography.  I look forward to working together this semester.  On the following subpages you will find a schedule for the course, as well as explanations of the assignments (with due dates), and the grading policy.  Please read the assigned articles before the class they are listed under in the schedule.  Class discussions and lectures will assume you have done the reading. 

If you need to email me, my address is follet@peabody.jhu.edu.  I check mail frequently even on weekends, and can often answer questions quickly.  My office is located in the Friedheim Library, behind the glass wall.  If the door to my office is not closed and I am in, you should feel free to come in to see me if needed. 

Assignments are due by 5pm on the day listed.  If you do not submit your assignment at the end of class that day, you must turn in the assignment at the front desk of the Friedheim Library, where the student assistant will place the assignment in my mail box.  Do not leave assignments in the mailboxes near the Faculty Secretary's Office.
