Alice Through the Looking Glass Performance

Students in the Pre-Professional Ballet and Contemporary Dance Program will perform a dance theater version of Alice Through the looking Glass at Roland Park Public School on Friday, December 8th 2006.  This is an arts integration project with the school, involving faculty and students from Roland Park.  The dance was choreographed by Carol Bartlett, Artistic Director of Peabody Dance and narration from the original Alice children's book is performed by drama students alongside the dance action.  Alice was first performed last December with the Columbia Community Orchestra.  This project is part of an initiative by Peabody Dance faculty member Lisa Green-Cudek to further arts integration and collaboration among local schools and arts institutions.
