B.M., M.M. from Indiana University, where she returns to teach at the I.U. String Academy and Retreat for Professional Violinists and Violists in the summers.  Ms. Henry is a founding member of the Kegelstatt Trio and has performed in music festivals in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Switzerland.  She presents master classes and teacher training workshops throughout the U.S. and her former students are performing and teaching around the world.  A member of Pi Kappa Lambda, she has received the 1991 Maryland String Teacher of the Year Award from MD/DC ASTA, is named in Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers. She also commissions and has published new works for young violin ensembles.
