Ages 7 - Adult

Please read the Peabody Dance general dress code regulations for important information about purchasing dance shoes, attire and appropriate undergarments, how to secure hair for class, and special dress code requirements for performances.

 

Boys/Men, All Disciplines and Levels:


White T-shirt, black tights, white or black ballet slippers, black dance belt (athletic support).

 

Girls/Women:

 

Beginners, Elementary 1 and Elementary 2 Ballet (ages 7 - teens):
Light blue tank leotard (cotton or nylon), pink convertible tights and pink ballet slippers.

 

Intermediate 1 and Intermediate 2 Ballet (ages 9-teens)
NAVY blue tank leotard (cotton or nylon), pink convertible tights and pink ballet slippers.

 * Older students in Intermediate 1 and 2 should wear a navy blue camisole leotard, which has a built-in shelf bra lining.

 

Beginners, Elementary, and Intermediate Contemporary Dance (ages 9 - teens)
NAVY blue tank leotard (cotton or nylon), black convertible or footless tights.

* Older students in Beginners, Elementary, and Intermediate should wear a navy blue camisole leotard, which has a built-in shelf bra lining.

 

Ballet for Teens and Adults (all levels):
Black camisole or tank leotard (cotton or nylon), pink convertible tights and pink ballet slippers.

 

Contemporary Dance for Teens and Adults:
Black camisole or tank leotard (cotton or nylon), black convertible or footless tights.
