BM Piano Performance Peabody Conservatory; MM and DMA Piano Performance Catholic University of America. Prochazka has studied with Thomas Mastroianni, Marilyn Neeley, Virginia Reinecke, and Julio Esteban. A full-time faculty member, Prochazka has chaired the theory department, co-directed the Arts for Talented Youth program, taught in the Elderhostel program, and served on director search committees. She received the Excellence in Teaching Award in 2008. Prochazka has performed as a soloist and chamber collaborator in the Baltimore-Washington area and on the Eastern Shore.
