Carol Prochazka
Co-chair of Piano Department, Chamber Music, Piano Pedagogy
B.M. in piano performance Peabody, M.M. and D.M.A. in piano performance Catholic University of America. Dr. Prochazka has studied with Thomas Mastroianni, Marilyn Neeley, Virginia Reinecke and Julio Esteban and was a scholarship student at both Peabody Preparatory and Peabody Conservatory. A full-time faculty member, Dr. Prochazka has chaired the theory department, co-directed the Arts for Talented Youth program, taught in the Elderhostel program and served on director search committees. She has performed as soloist and chamber collaborator in the Baltimore-Washington area and the Eastern shore and is currently an active recitalist and member of the Prochaza/Jeffcoat duo.
