Former Peabody student of Libby Bellamy Grabowski, Milena Pajaro has a quartet that formed at the Curtis Institute - her quartet (The Old City String Quartet) has just won the top prize and Gold Medal at the Fischoff Chamber Music competition in May 2010.
The competition took place in England on the Isle of Man. Milena was awarded a recital at Wigmore Hall, a performance with the Philharmonia Orchestra of London, and other concerts in Europe as well. She is currently a student at Curtis and studying with Roberto Diaz and Michael Tree.

Sarah Ahmann Saviet (Prep grad '07) is a freshman on a Wells Scholarship at Indiana University, studying with Mauricio Fuks. Through the generosity of a donor, she is being lent a fine violin through the Washington Performing Arts Society. It is a Duke of London, 1770-1775 in mint condition. She will perform two recitals annually for WPAS gatherings.

Previous Student of Libby Bellamy, Milena Pajaro-van de Stadt is now studying viola at Curtis with Roberto Diaz.
