Piano Repertoire Classes

Piano Repertoire Classes- Downtown Campus

Repertoire Classes are not held during the Summer Session.

Fall class dates will be posted in September,2009.

The Preparatory Piano Repertoire Classes provide ample opportunities for interested students to perform their pieces in a safe, supportive, and professional environment. Led by members of our outstanding piano faculty, a repertoire class offers performance experience as well as invaluable insight and practical ideas to each student. Repertoire classes are held on Saturday's at both the Downtown and Towson locations. Please check with your teacher regarding class dates and class policies.

Downtown and Towson repertoire classes have sign-ups. Sign-up sheets for Downtown rep classes are at the front desk in the Prep office. Contact the Towson branch for details about rep class sign-ups there.

Policies for Downtown Rep Classes

1. Advanced class: each hour has 4 regular slots, one alternate, and one wait-list. Alternate and wait-list students are expected to attend that hour of the class.

2. Teachers, students, or parents can sign the student up to play in class. Please provide specific repertoire and approximate timings. Only students playing at Advanced level should be signed up for the Advanced class. Strong Intermediate 3 students should play in the Elementary/Intermediate class, but are welcome and encouraged to attend the Advanced class for personal enrichment.

3. Students can sign up for no more than every other week until the Thursday before an upcoming class. After Thursday 5 pm, any student can sign up for an open slot in the appropriate level class.
