Applicants for the Master of Arts in Audio Sciences do not require a performance audition, so we have some special forms and instructions to streamline the process.
Step 1
Get your instruction sheet and download forms
Download all the forms you'll need below. Your Application Instruction Sheet will guide you through the application process in a step by step manner. Many of the forms are in PDF format, and can be filled out on your computer. Please note that you will not be able to save your data, so print out an extra copy for your records.

Step 2
Complete the electronic application
The Electronic Application requires a PC, running Internet Explorer.
Please make sure you have the latest version of Acrobat Reader (download here)
The Electronic Application gets you into our records, and establishes the date of your application to Peabody. It only takes a few minutes to fill out. When you click the "Submit My Application" button you will receive a message. Click the "Printable Form" button to print for your records a copy of the information you sent us. Print a second copy to mail in for your application folder.
You will be led to a Supplemental Application Form, but you can ignore it. The "MA in Audio Sciences Supplemental Application Form" you downloaded in Step One is all you need.
