Dustin Doyle

Dustin M. Doyle is in his second year of his master's degree in wind conducting under Dr. Harlan Parker. A 2002 graduate of the University of Maryland with a bachelor of music degree, Dustin has since been the instrumental music director at Montgomery Blair High School in Silver Spring, Maryland. Earning top honors in performance with his jazz, orchestra, pit orchestra, and band programs, Dustin has gained recognition across state and national competitions. His groups have performed at venues in Chicago and New York as well as numerous competitions in the state of Maryland.

His students have gone on to major in music at institutions such as Peabody Conservatory, Northwestern University, Berklee College of Music, University of Maryland, and the University of Miami. Dustin also has professional affiliation with the National Association for Music Education (MENC), Maryland Music Educators Association (MMEA), Maryland Band Directors Association (MBDA), International Association of Jazz Educators (IAJE), and the National Judges Association (NJA). Throughout the two year program in wind conducting at the Peabody Conservatory, Dustin will continue his roll as instrumental music director at Montgomery Blair High School. Dustin and his wife, Justine, reside in Columbia, Maryland.
