By now you should have:

• Printed out of your "How to Apply" instruction sheet, and any related documents.
• Filled out the Online Application, clicked submit, and made two copies of the reply message.
• Filled out the Supplemental Application Form on-screen, and make two copies.

All that's left to do is to send to the Admissions Office:

• one copy of the Electronic Application print-out
• one printed copy of the Supplemental Application
• your application fee

Remember that your application documents can not be edited online, so please email the Admissions Office (admissions@peabody.jhu.edu) if you need to update anything.  Remember to include your name as it appears on your application in any correspondence.
