Humanities Requirement -- '09 catalog and later
The following information and guidelines apply to most Peabody undergraduates arriving on campus in Fall 2009 or later. Students enrolled in the Double Degree, Recording Arts, and Music Education programs should confer with their advisor. All students should consult the catalog for the year of their arrival for information on your program.
Understand your requirement
A total of 28 credits is needed to fulfill the requirement. After completing the first semester of the Humanities Seminar (3 credits), students will have the option of taking the 4-credit Humanities Seminar 2 in the Spring of 2012.
Enrolled students planning to fulfill humanities requirements with summer study on other campuses should confer with the Chair of the Humanities Department for advice.

Elective courses may be selected from any humanities offerings at Peabody or appropriate classes (including math or science) at Homewood.
