Ballet

Hein started dancing at a very young age, studying many disciplines with various teachers. At age 12, she received a scholarship to attend the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet. Her teacher training also began at CPYB with Marcia Dale Weary and the other talented faculty. Hein has choreographed for many different groups and venues and has taught at various schools as well. Since moving to Baltimore to do neuroscience research at the NIH, Hein has found various avenues to pursue dancing and continue teaching. Hein plans to continue exploring and experiencing more of the world and continues to be fascinated by music, science, art, and culture.
