Traffic Notice
As returning families are very aware, we tend to have some traffic congestion in our parking lot due to one group beginning at the same time as another ends. To help ease this challenge, we offer the following pick up and drop off schedule that will help to reduce congestion—if we all agree to follow it. Thanks to all of you for your good spirits and understanding!
Training Choir Parents:
• Pick up your singer between 6:05 & 6:15 p.m.
Choristers Parents:
• Drop off your singer early, between 5:40 and 5:50 p.m.
• Pick up your singer anytime between 7:30 and 7:45 p.m.
Chamber Singers parents:
• Drop off your singer early, between 7:10 and 7:20 p.m.
• Pick-up your singer anytime between 9:30 and 9:45 p.m.
- Please remind your child to check-in when they enter the building.
- Adult supervision will be available until you pick up your child.
Traffic Monitor: Our official Traffic Monitor will help guide you as you enter and leave the parking lot. For the safety of our children, please do your best to cooperate with his or her directions. Please do not drop off or pick up students at the steps or where they will need to walk through the busy parking lot. Instead, please pull forward to drop off and pick up your student at the end of the ramp.
