The office of the administrative assistant is generally open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Faculty mailboxes are located in the Faculty Lounge adjacent to the Faculty Administrative Assistant's Office. Mailboxes for graduate assistants are located in the Dead End Lounge. The faculty administrative assistant posts notices from instructors regarding class cancellations, room changes etc., on studio or classroom doors and on nearby elevators. Students may be required to submit assignments for their instructors in the Faculty Administrative Assistant's Office. All assignments must be date stamped for validity.
