Peabody Improvisation & Multimedia Ensemble Excuse Request
An excuse request form must be submitted within one week following every rehearsal for which you are absent or late. You must submit a note from your doctor if you miss more than one rehearsal in a row due to medical reasons. Please consult your Peabody Student Handbook if you have any questions about ensemble attendance policies.
