World Music Survey
These eight-week classes are designed to provide an introduction to the music of several non-Western cultures, such as India, Indonesia, Sub-Saharan Africa, East Asia and Latin America. Each of the unique music-cultures will be explored in two- or three-week sessions using films, demonstrations, listening sessions, and lecture-discussions. No prior technical knowledge of music is required.
Minimum of 10 students. Fall Begins November 7th.
