ONLINE EARLY REGISTRATION
is open exclusively for continuing students November 15 through November 30
Registration will continue to be open from
December 1 through January 23, 2011,
after which late fees will apply.
ISIS requires that each student/account holder register for each semester. Unlike previous years, you will not receive a bill and must re-register for the spring semester.

When I search for courses, I get an error message that says, “No Results Found for Your Search Criteria.”
This will happen if too many search items are selected at the same time. Suggestion: To increase potential matches, use partial words in the Class Title (e.g., STR instead of STRINGS) or search by Class Department, which will list every class and section that is offered for the current term.
I am a full time Johns Hopkins University employee, and qualify for tuition remission. Can I also complete those forms online while logged into ISIS?
NO, tuition remission forms cannot be completed online from the ISIS registration page. You will need to log onto the JHU Benefits Forms Page at http://hrnt.jhu.edu/benefits/EduBenefits/tuitionRemission.cfm, download, complete, and forward the required form(s) separately to the Preparatory Office; however, you can still continue to register online in ISIS and make your payment for tuition costs minus your allowed tuition remission benefit discount. Remission forms can be submitted by fax (410-659-8281), mail, or left at the Preparatory Office front desk.
I am an Account Holder using ISIS, I selected the classes for the student(s) in my family, and registered them, but ISIS is saying that the registration failed due to an age restriction. The student is the recommended age. What did I do wrong?
There is a possibility you registered yourself instead of the student. When you log into ISIS and have entered the account holder dashboard screen, you will see “Welcome” (your name). Next to that is an Account Holder tab that will say “Account Holder of ...,” where you can select the student you wish to register, or you may choose the student(s) located in the box directly under the Account Holder dashboard and click Register. A new screen will display “Welcome” and the student’s name should appear. From here you may proceed with the registration process.
If you are still having problems with a failed registration, there may not be a birth date entered or an incorrect birth date was entered on the student’s account. Please contact the Preparatory Registrar’s office for further assistance at 410-234-4630.
