Studies at University of Michigan with Lawrence Hurst. Graduate of the Interlochen Arts Academy. Member of the Philadelphia Orchestra since 1982. Former member of the National Symphony Orchestra, North Carolina Symphony, Santa Fe Opera, and Toledo Orchestra. Presenter at the convention of the International Society of Bassists.
