To request permission to be excused from a rehearsal for any of the following ensembles, students are required to submit a request form, either the electronic version available here, or the paper version available just outside the Ensemble Office. Requests are reviewed by the manager of the ensemble, who will either approve or disapprove the request. This form is also used in case you are late to a rehearsal or have to leave a rehearsal early.

With electronic submissions, the Ensemble Office will respond by return email advising you of the status of your request once it has been reviewed. In the case of paper forms, a copy will be returned to your campus mail box. Any disputes or questions you may have regarding the disapproval of a request must be handled in person only.
