To request permission to be excused from a rehearsal for any of the ensembles listed below, students are required to submit the appropriate electronic request form. Paper versions of the form have been discontinued. Requests are reviewed by the manager of the ensemble, who will either approve or disapprove the request. This form is also used in case you are late to a rehearsal or have to leave a rehearsal early.

The ensemble manager will respond by return email advising you of the status of your request once it has been reviewed.  Any disputes or questions you may have regarding the disapproval of a request must be handled in person only.
