Retention of Scholarship

Undergraduate

In order to hold an undergraduate scholarship, students must be enrolled as full-time degree or Performer's Certificate candidates and maintain a grade point average of at least 3.00, with a grade of at least B in the major lesson and departmental examinations.

Graduate

In order to hold a graduate scholarship or assistantship, students must be enrolled as full-time degree or diploma candidates and maintain a consistently high level of performance in every area of study, with a grade point average of at least 3.0, and a grade of at least B in the major lesson and departmental examinations.

Other Sources of Financial Aid

Maintenance of good academic standing and satisfactory academic progress are requirements for continued eligibility for financial assistance from federal and state sources.
