The Adult & Continuing Education Program (ACE) is designed to provide enrichment to adults in the community who seek opportunities to feed the mind, body, and spirit. Through individual instruction, music and movement classes, choral and instrumental ensembles, workshops, lectures, and special events, we hope to build a community of lifelong learners who both appreciate and practice the creative arts.
This year we will be offering some exciting workshops as well as our popular course offerings: Ballroom Dancing, and Tai Chi Chuan!
Lifelong Learning
New opportunities for lifelong learning are redefining the experience of adults today. Throughout the nation, there has been tremendous growth in the demand for non-credit education in culture and the arts, for fitness training ,and for learning about computers. On-line or off-line, at locations around the world, through the university or museum, or in the community library or senior center — older adults are enrolling for classes in many varied settings.
We are committed to offering classes that you will find interesting, enriching, and enjoyable. If you have a suggestion of a class which we do not currently offer, please let us know.
