The mission of the Peabody Institute Business Office is to provide superior student account and business services as well as financial reporting to faculty, staff, students and parents. Our goal is to assist our customers in maintaining adherence to internal (JHU) as well as external business compliance policies at all times by creating a service oriented operation with competent team members who are well-trained, professional, proficient, qualified and caring.
We continue to work towards a centralized business office that will support the Institute by coordinating and processing the majority of business transactions as well as providing necessary reporting and analysis. This centralized model will ensure that we have adequately trained staff who are current on the many changes in JHU’s policies and procedures or for external requirements. Over the coming months we will be updating our website to provide valuable resources to the community.
