Deadline for Event Information: Fall Issue: July 1; Spring Issue: December 1
If your organization is located in Baltimore City and the five contiguous counties (Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, and Howard), your music, theater, or dance event information will be pulled directly from the BaltimoreFunGuide.com for inclusion in Arts Alive (space permitting). Your events must be listed on this site to be included. Many of you are currently working with GBCA and have a user name and password to enter events through the BaltimoreFunGuide Content Management tool, but if you do not, please contact Carly Goss at gbca@baltimoreculture.org or 410-230-0200 to learn more about accessing the system.
If your organization is located in the Washington, D.C., area, please email your listings in the ArtsAlive format to Margaret Bell, Communications Coordinator, at m.bell@jhu.edu, or contact her with questions at 410-234-4525. Please use the following format for the listings:
