Campus Awareness
Although located in an urban setting, the Peabody campus presents a safe environment. We are committed to informing the campus community of incidents that may occur on and around the campus. Notices are posted at Peabody and throughout surrounding community.
Security Alerts
Red banner flyers are posted on bulletin boards in all academic and residential halls and in other conspicuous areas around the campus to immediately alert the community of any violent incidents that occur on or near the campus. The Department has a self-imposed policy to distribute Security Alerts within eight hours of receiving a report of a violent crime on or near the campus.
Security Bulletins
Blur banner flyers are published and posted on bulletin boards to inform the community of non-violent crime. They include information of precautionary measures on how to prevent further occurrences of a particular crime.
Daily Crime Log
A daily crime log is maintained and is available for public view in the Campus Police Office.
