Student Rights and Responsibilities
Students are responsible for understanding all academic regulations and requirements for graduation, as set forth in the Catalog and Student Handbook, and are responsible for completing the applicable requirements by the time they expect to graduate. The Peabody Institute of necessity reserves the right to change any provision, requirement, policy, or regulation published in the catalog within a student's term of residence. However, it may be assumed that, except under the most unusual circumstances, the regulations in force during a student's term of residence are those stated in the catalog of the year in which that student's matriculation was begun.
