Viola Requirements
First Year
Technique and Repertoire
- Major and minor scales in three octaves.
- Other material determined by the teacher after evaluation of each student's individual needs.
Departmental Examination:
- Major and minor scales
- Ten minutes of music which includes two contrasting selections (unaccompanied Bach and concertos should be memorized).
Second Year
