Can I pay my tuition by credit card?
Yes, Peabody accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express payments for Conservatory tuition and fees. You may make credit card payments online using ISIS. You may also contact the Business Office at 410-234-4544 to make your payment. For your protection, please do not fax your credit card information.
Does Peabody have a "payment plan"?
The only payment plan available is through TMS Tuition Pay. This plan is available to parents who are U.S. citizens or resident aliens. TMS offers an interest free 10 month plan. For more information visit: www.afford.com
Do I have to have major medical insurance?
Yes, major medical insurance is a requirement for all full time registered domestic and international students. All full-time domestic and international students are automatically enrolled into the university's health insurance plan with Aetna. International students are required to use the Johns Hopkins University health insurance plan through Aetna.
Must I purchase the University sponsored medical insurance?
If you do not have comparable medical insurance coverage, you must use the University's sponsored health insurance plan with Aetna. If you have comparable medical insurance, you must complete an on-line waiver form before the deadline. All students enrolled in part-time programs who are taking 12 or more credit hours, non-resident graduate students, and graduate study abroad students are eligible to enroll in the Student Health Insurance Plan. Details of the University's sponsored health insurance plan can be found at: Aetna. Click on "Students: Find Your School" and enter Peabody as your School Name. International full and part-time students are required to purchase the Johns Hopkins University sponsored health insurance plan through Aetna.
How do I order a transcript?

If I overpay, will I be issued a refund? **NEW**
Yes, refunds are delivered via the option selected when activating the HigherOne Debit Mastercard. Once your refund preference is selected, You must complete a refund request form, then funds will be sent from JHU to HigherOne who then disburses the refund according to your selection. If you want the fastest access to your money, simply choose to have your refunds deposited directly into your OneAccount.
What are my refund choices?
You now have choices when it comes to refund delivery! Simpley select the refund option that is best for you. Your refund options include:
- Easy Refund deposit to the OneAccount, a no monthly fee checking account.
- Transfer to another account (ACH) (refunds available in 2-3 business days; HigherOne will charge a fee for account transfer transaction).
- Receive a paper check (refunds available in 5-7 business days).
What exactly is the OneAccount?
The OneAccount is a fully functioning FDIC Insured checking account with no minimum balance and no monthly fees. Selecting the OneAccount allows you to access your refunds quicker and easier then ever before.
How do I get my HigherOne Debit Mastercard?
Peabody Conservatory students will receive a Debit Mastercard from HigherOne in the mail at their primary address on file with Peabody.
