B.S. in Audio Technology and Acoustics, cum laude, American University. Established the acoustics studies program at Peabody in 2000. President and principal consultant at Acoustical Design Collaborative, Ltd., having completed over 400 auditorium, recording and broadcast studio, critical listening room, and worship house design projects. Former adjunct faculty member at American University (1988-2000) and University of Maryland (1987-91). Recipient of the Theodore John Schultz Grant for Advancement in Architectural Acoustics Education (1997). Numerous papers published and presented in acoustics and architectural journals and meetings. Member of Acoustical Society of America, Audio Engineering Society, Institute of Acoustics, and Institute of Noise Control Engineering. Amateur violist.
