Federal Pell Grant (PELL)
This program provides grants to students pursuing a first undergraduate degree. Pell Grants are awarded to students who meet strict eligibility requirements and who demonstrate exceptionally high financial need. Students must submit the FAFSA to determine Pell eligibility.
Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG)
The Federal SEOG program provides funds to students who demonstrate exceptional need. Peabody matches the federal funds with additional grant. When awarding FSEOG, the Financial Aid Office gives priority to Federal Pell grant recipients and other students with exceptional need. FSEOG awards range from $400 to $3,000 and are subject to the availability of funds.
