HarpAdventures
HarpAdventures was founded in 2009 as a community outreach project by members of the Harp Pedagogy class at the Peabody Conservatory of Music in Baltimore, Maryland. Members of the class accepted a number of students from the Baltimore area for beginning harp lessons. These students have the opportunity to rent instruments at greatly discounted prices, and study ensemble as well as solo music. In the 2011-12 school year HarpAdventures members performed at the Baltimore Flowermart, The George Peabody Library, Baltimore Basilica, Peabody, Grace and St. Peters Church, and the Baltimore Montessori School.
