Please email all room requests to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your request will go to Jessica Satava and Chelsea Buyalos in the Concert Office and Jennifer Douglass in the Registrar’s Office. They will collaborate to ensure that available space is secured for your needs. Please note that Preparatory scheduling is managed by Vicky Ritter in consultation with Jessica, Chelsea and Jennifer.
As always, the more information you can provide, the better they can help. Details such as the following are essential:
- Type of event: class/performance/rehearsal/reception/meeting, etc.
- Type of space: classroom/meeting room/hall
- Start and end times
- Number of people expected
- Audio/visual needs
- Will food be served?
- If you are the requester but will not be using the space yourself, name of the occupant
Suggested lead-time for classrooms/meeting space requests: at least 24 hours, but same-day requests made by noon are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Suggested lead-time for hall requests: at least 24 hours, but for requests requiring attention from production staff or A/V, two weeks are kindly requested.

Please leave the room in the same condition in which you found it. This is especially important when using dance studios, since changing the furniture arrangements, leaving trash behind, and altering the overall condition of the floor will hinder proper use of the rooms. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in future requests being denied upon the discretion of the room scheduler.
