Concert Office
The Concert Office is responsible for managing all activities associated with the Institute's private and public performances and oversees all requirements for concerts, recitals and competitions. More
Ensemble Office
The Ensemble Office manages the personnel, rehearsal, and performance activities of many of the Conservatory's instrumental and vocal ensembles; administers the graduate orchestral conducting program; provides instrument loans and rentals to ensemble participants and music education students; and maintains the Ensemble Library, supervising the distribution of library materials in support of ensemble activities, opera productions, and conducting recitals. Financial Aid
The Financial Aid Office helps guide students through the complex world of federally funded student aid programs and administers all scholarships, loans, and grant assistance from federal state, private and institutional sources. More

Music Library
The Arthur Friedheim Music Library, one of the largest and oldest music collections in the country, serves the faculty, staff, and students of the two divisions of the Peabody Institute (the Conservatory and the Preparatory) and Johns Hopkins University, as well as the general public. Holdings include over 200,000 books, scores, and periodicals; 40,000 sound recordings in all formats; 3,000 DVDs and videos; microform; and over 5,400 linear feet of archival and special collections. Registrar
The Conservatory Registrar’s office provides the following services: class scheduling, academic advising, student data collection, room scheduling, interdivisional registration, loan deferments, letters of verification, and transcript requests. More
Singapore Office
The Singapore Office coordinates study abroad opportunities and the joint degree with Yong Siew Toh Conservatory. More
