Registrar James Dobson maintains all academic records for the Conservatory including
individual student academic records, academic files of all students (current and
former) enrolled in the Conservatory, and all grade rosters submitted by the faculty.
The office coordinates registration for each fall, spring, and summer semester;
scheduling of rooms, classes, juries, and course examinations; statistical reporting
and enrollment certifications; transcript preparation and issuance; class and grade
rosters; directory preparation and address changes; grade posting and report preparation;
diploma ordering and preparation; and related functions and activities.
