Development and Alumni Relations Office
Schapiro House, 3rd and 4th Floors 410-234-4670
Andrea Trisciuzzi is the associate dean for development and alumni relations. The Development Office oversees the raising of private and public funds to meet the needs of the Conservatory and the Preparatory that are not met by tuition payments and other sources of income. The focus of the Development Office is to identify, solicit, and steward donors whose gifts help support Peabody’s fundraising priorities: scholarship support; faculty support; program support; capital (facilities) needs; and endowment.
The Alumni Relations Office, located on the third floor of Schapiro House, is overseen by Debbie Kennison, director of constituent engagement, who coordinates alumni involvement in activities of the Peabody Institute, maintains contact with alumni, and helps provide recognition of alumni accomplishments. The mission of the Peabody Alumni Association is to build and support a lifelong relationship between the Peabody Conservatory, its current students, and alumni. Through a variety of activities, programs, and services, the Alumni Association supports current students, strengthens the school’s ability to attract outstanding students and faculty, increases alumni participation and investment in the school, and promotes the Peabody mission and achievements around the world. Governance of the Association rests with the Steering Committee of The Johns Hopkins Alumni Association, Peabody Chapter. During Commencement, the Alumni Association inducts and encourages the graduating class to become active and productive members of the Alumni Association.
