The Peabody Box Office is open Monday- Friday between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm. Except for gala or fund-raising events, Peabody faculty and staff are entitled to two complimentary tickets for each Peabody concert and students are entitled to one ticket. If there is a concert with multiple performances, Peabody faculty, staff and students, must pick one performance for their complimentary ticket(s). Complimentary tickets must be picked up at the Box Office by 4:00 pm on the day of an event or by 4:00 pm on Friday for a weekend performance. No complimentary tickets will be given to students after this deadline. Once Peabody students, faculty, or staff have used their complimentary ticket(s) for a concert, they are each entitled to one additional ticket at the student discount rate.
Griswold Hall Ticket Policy
Peabody students may pick up complimentary tickets to a concert held in Griswold Hall on the day of the concert only (pending availability). If a concert is on the weekend, tickets may be picked up on Friday during normal Box Office hours. Please note: All students, faculty, and staff must show their Peabody ID to receive a complimentary or discounted ticket. The Peabody Box Office does not offer refunds or exchanges.
