The Wellness Center is a newly created space to provide health and wellness activities,
programs, and resources to students. The objective of our wellness programs
is to help students prevent performancerelated injuries, reduce stress, and increase
stamina, energy, and overall physical, mental and spiritual well-being. We offer
yoga, massage, Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais, among other types of
programs and services at a discounted rate or at no cost at all. Programs are advertised
at the beginning of each semester and require advance registration in the Student
Affairs Office as space and availability are limited. For more information, contact the
