Weekly rehearsal schedule

  • Training Choir: 4:30-5:30 pm
  • Choristers: 5:30-7:00 pm
  • Cantate: 7:00-9:00 pm

September Rehearsals

(3): 11th, 18th, 25th

September Reminders

  • Please order all uniform items by September 25th
  • If your child will miss rehearsal on September 25th due to Yom Kippur, please let Mrs. Spicher know so that she can amend the roster to show an excused absence.
  • Ticket information is forthcoming

October Rehearsals

(5): 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th

November Rehearsals

(4): 6th, 13th, 20th, *27th

November Reminders

  • *November 27th is a mandatory rehearsal
  • If you need to make up any rehearsals, plan to do so soon so that you will be eligible to sing in the Winter Concerts.
  • November 13th is Uniform Check Day. Unless your singer’s uniform passed inspection in September, s/he must wear full concert dress to this rehearsal and follow a special schedule for this evening only:
    • Training Choir 4:30-5:45 pm (stay late)
    • Choristers 5:15-7:00 pm (come early)
    • Cantate 6:30-9:00 pm (come early)
  • If your singer is unable to participate in the December Concert Rehearsal (Nov. 30th) or Concerts (Dec. 1st & 2nd), and you would like to switch to the Concert Rehearsal (7th) and Concerts 8th & 9th) in Howard County, please e-mail by November 6th.

Winter Concert Rehearsals & Concerts

November 30th [Fri.]—mandatory concert rehearsal, Friedberg Concert Hall, Peabody Institute. Rehearsal times:

  • Training Choir: 5:00-6:15 pm
  • Choristers: 5:45-8:00 pm
  • Cantate: 7:30-9:45 pm

December 1st [Sat.]— WINTER CONCERT I, Old St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 3:00 pm (arrive 1:00 pm)

December 2nd [Sun.]—WINTER CONCERT II, Friedberg Concert Hall, 3:00 pm (arrive 1:45 pm)

December Reminders

  • Wear PCC t-shirt to Concert Rehearsal
  • Wear PCC full concert uniform to both Winter Concerts
  • Ticket information will be forthcoming
  • Must be at least 5 years-old to attend concerts

There are no rehearsals on Dec. 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th; all Towson students on Winter Break until January 15th

May Concert Rehearsals & Concert

May 3rd [Fri.]—mandatory concert rehearsal, Friedberg Concert Hall, Peabody Institute. Rehearsal times:

Training Choir: 5:00-6:15 p.m.

Choristers: 5:45-8:00 p.m.

Cantate: 7:30-9:45 p.m.

May 4th [Sat.]— SPRING CONCERT I, Old St. Pauls Episcopal Church, 3:00p.m. (arrive 1:00 p.m.)

May 5th [Sun.] - SPRINGCONCERT II, Friedberg Concert Hall, 3:00 p.m. (arrive 1:45 p.m.)

There are no more regular rehearsals after the May 5th concert.

May 7th & 14th

Vocal Check-Ups for some Training Choir and Choristers students (see details in PCC Handbook); evaluations for all Cantate students.

June
