BM Tuba Performance Peabody Conservatory; MM Music Education and Wind Conducting Peabody Conservatory. Wirth's major teachers include David Fedderly in tuba and Harlan Parker in conducting. Wirth is director of music at Carroll Community College in Westminster, Md., and an adjunct faculty at McDaniel College. Wirth is the music director and conductor of the Frederick Regional Youth Orchestra in Frederick, Md., and the Westminster Symphony Orchestra in Westminster, Md. Wirth has conducted all-county orchestras in Frederick and Carroll counties, and adjudicated at festivals throughout the state.
