Register
All students new to Independent Study at Peabody: Students in need of placement must complete the registration and pay the $50 registration fee indicating the intent and need to be placed. Students will then be contacted by the Preparatory Office to set up a placement interview. Students are scheduled for placement interviews on a first-come, first-serve basis. They are assigned to teachers according to schedule, campus, playing level, and teacher availability. New Orchestra, Chorus, and Chamber Music have a different placement process. Please refer to those pages in the catalog for further details.
Note for all group classes: Full payment is due at time of registration.

Password Reset Instructions
Continuing students clicking Register now will take you to the “Welcome to ISIS!” page. (If your password has expired, forgotten your username or password DO NOT click the blue “SIGN IN” button.). Look under the “Need Help?” option and choose Forgot your username or password? You will then come to a page that states “Retrieve Password.” Place your ISIS ID where it indicates “Login ID” and click the blue “Get new password” button. A temporary password will be sent to your email address on file in ISIS. Once your temporary password has been received, go to https://isis.jhu.edu/sswf and “SIGN IN.” You must change your password in ISIS by clicking on the PASSWORD tab in the right hand corner of the screen.
New students clicking the Request Information or Register now - the “Register Now” choice will take you to the option to enroll yourself or your loved one. You will then be prompted through the various screens to set up your ISIS ID, set your password, complete the registration, and make payment.
